Privacy policy
We only ask for the data we need to run the service, and we make it easy for you to export or delete everything.
Data we collect
Account data (email, name, preferred language), authentication data managed by Supabase, subscription data managed by Stripe, birth-chart inputs you submit for analysis, and the analyses computed from them. We also collect minimal technical logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.
Why we process it
To deliver the analyses you request, to authenticate you, to run billing, to send transactional emails (sign-in, password reset, receipts, and the notifications you opt into), and to keep the platform safe.
Who processes it
Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Stripe (subscriptions and payments), Plunk (transactional email), and Google reCAPTCHA (bot protection). These providers act as processors under our instructions and their own privacy policies apply.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can export your data or delete your account from the Privacy & security section of the dashboard; deletion is permanent and removes your profile, preferences, and analysis history.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, and delete your personal data at any time. For requests that can't be self-served (EU GDPR / UK GDPR access requests, complaints) contact us by email.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication (Supabase session) and for CSRF protection. We do not set advertising cookies. Stripe may set its own cookies when you open the billing portal.
